If required, we can work closely with customers to provide any zinc casting technical support and advice that may be required.

Zinc casting tooling and prototyping...

Working from customer drawings, samples or CAD data downloaded from CAD/CAM systems, we can also develop zinc casting tooling. Alternatively, if detailed full size zinc casting prototypes need to examined or tested in advance of a full production run, McDonald Diecasting can provide these using the laser cintering facilities at a local university.

Zinc casting manufacturing...

All zinc casting manufacturing is undertaken on site at our premises in the West Midlands. In addition, we employ proven processes and best practice manufacturing principles.

Zinc casting machining...

Drilling, tapping and other zinc casting machining can be carried out in our fully equipped in-house workshop or by our network of trusted engineering partners.

Zinc casting finishing...

Our zinc casting services are complimented by the capability to provide components in a range of finishes. These finishes include chromate and passivate finishes, chrome plating, zinc plating, metallic paint and powder coating.

Zinc casting assembly...

Complex assemblies can also be carried out, enabling completed products, sub-assemblies and components to be delivered.

We can also package diecastings to customer specifications including bagging, boxing and full barcoding.
