Removing flash from die castings left over when products are ejected from the dies with their gates, runners overflows and metal extensions in place.

We will help you design castings that incorporate features minimise trimming and the associated costs.

Machining of die cast components can include drilling, milling and tapping, all of which is undertaken on-site in our factory.

This involves forcing organic material into the surface pores of a casting.

We will help you maintain lower costs by pressure testing all castings and impregnating only where required.

There are a variety of surface finishes which can be applied to provide enhanced aesthetics, corrosion protection, hardness and wear resistance.
