Zinc die castings provide a surface that is perfect for painted finishes. MDL begins by carefully preparing castings to protect the component and provide a much cleaner, even surface. If you are looking to add enamelling, lettering or other artwork please enquire.
Many of our customers look to achieve higher levels of surface finish. When this is required we can discuss wet painting. The process involves spraying a pigment suspended in a solvent onto your casting.
