The casting of die-cast compressor valves is an MDL core competence. We are vastly experienced in the casting, machining and finishing of all valve, pump and compressor components. Our die cast valves and components are made engineered to the most exacting standards using zinc.
The core benefit of using zinc casting is that we can create valves with complex shapes, patterns, and sizes. This, therefore, provides the freedom to make different types of valves and intricate designs.
In addition, it can offer a highly cost-effective solution in producing valves that do not require additional machining in order to minimise costs.
Most importantly, die-cast valves are tested in our factory before being despatched and can be integrated directly into customer production lines.
